According to the Zhitong Finance APP, XZB (603040.SH) announced that the company plans to spend between 25 million and 50 million yuan to repurchase shares, with a maximum repurchase price of 46 yuan per share. The repurchased shares are intended for an employee stock ownership plan or equity incentive. If the company fails to implement the aforementioned purposes within 36 months after the completion of the share repurchase, the unused portion will be subject to relevant procedures for cancellation
