Kangxin New Materials announced that its controlling shareholder Wuxi Jianfa plans to increase its holdings of the company's shares through the Shanghai Stock Exchange system via centralized bidding within 12 months from the date of the announcement, with an increase amount not less than 26.9 million yuan and not exceeding 53.79 million yuan, and the number of shares to be increased not exceeding 2% of the company's total share capital. As of the announcement date, Wuxi Jianfa holds 517 million shares of the company, accounting for 38.44% of the company's total share capital. The funds for this increase will come from Wuxi Jianfa's own funds
