# The chairman of ZMC proposed that the company repurchase shares for 100 million to 200 million yuan

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Zhejiang Medicine (600216.SH) announced that on April 9, 2025, the company's chairman, Mr. Li Nanxing, received a letter proposing that Zhejiang Medicine Co., Ltd. repurchase its shares. Mr. Li Nanxing proposed that the company use its own funds or self-raised funds to repurchase a portion of the issued ordinary shares (A shares) through centralized bidding transactions. The total amount of funds for the share repurchase: not less than RMB 100 million (inclusive) and not more than RMB 200 million (inclusive). The repurchased shares will be used for the employee stock ownership plan or equity incentive
