# Anhui Shiny plans to issue additional shares and acquire assets for cash, and will be suspended from trading starting April 10

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Anhui Shiny (300956.SZ) announced that the company is planning to issue shares and pay cash to acquire assets. The target company for this transaction is Shenzhen Youte Li Energy Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Youte Li").

As per the company's application to the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, the company's stock will be suspended from trading starting from the opening of the market on April 10, 2025
