# ST CIH applies to revoke the risk warning for stock trading delisting and other risk warnings

Zhitong Finance APP news, \*ST CIH (600715.SH) announced that the company will hold the second meeting of the 11th Board of Directors on April 8, 2025, to review and approve the proposal on "Application for the Cancellation of Stock Trading Delisting Risk Warning and Other Risk Warnings." After the company conducted a self-examination in accordance with the "Shanghai Stock Exchange Stock Listing Rules," it has confirmed that the circumstances triggering the delisting risk warning and other risk warnings for its stock trading have been eliminated, meeting the conditions for applying for the cancellation of stock trading delisting risk warning and other risk warnings as stipulated in Articles 9.3.7 and 9.8.7 of the "Shanghai Stock Exchange Stock Listing Rules." The company has applied to the Shanghai Stock Exchange for the cancellation of stock trading delisting risk warning and other risk warnings in accordance with relevant regulations
