# TODAYTEC plans to spend between 30 million and 60 million yuan to implement a share repurchase

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, TODAYTEC (300743.SZ) announced that the company plans to use its own funds and a special loan for stock repurchase to buy back a portion of its shares through centralized bidding. The total amount of funds for this share repurchase will not be less than RMB 30 million (inclusive) and not exceed RMB 60 million (inclusive). The repurchase price per share will not exceed RMB 24.87 (inclusive)
