According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Lily Group (603823.SH) announced that the company has signed a "Project Investment Agreement" with the Hangzhou Qiantang New District Management Committee, intending to invest in the construction of a high-performance organic pigment and supporting materials industrialization project in Qiantang District, Hangzhou. The new project will focus on industrial investment in products used in high-end coatings, inks, and polymer materials coloring. The total investment for the project is expected to be 1 billion yuan, with the specific amount based on actual investment.
