# The actual controller of CGEE plans to increase their holdings in the company by 10 million to 20 million yuan

According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, CGEE (688478.SH) announced that Mr. Li Hui, the company's controlling shareholder, actual controller, and chairman, intends to use his own funds or self-raised funds to increase his holdings in the company within six months starting from April 11, 2025, through methods permitted by the Shanghai Stock Exchange trading system (including but not limited to centralized bidding and block trading), with a total increase amount of no less than RMB 10 million (inclusive) and no more than RMB 20 million (inclusive)
