# The controlling shareholder of BAOTI plans to increase its holdings of the company's shares by 1% to 2%

According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, BAOTI (600456.SH) announced that its controlling shareholder, BAOTI Group Co., Ltd. (referred to as "BAOTI Group"), based on its recognition of the company's long-term investment value and confidence in its future sustainable and stable development, plans to increase its holdings of the company's unrestricted circulating A-shares through centralized bidding on the Shanghai Stock Exchange within 6 months from the date of this increase plan announcement. The amount of the increased shares will not be less than 150 million yuan and not exceed 300 million yuan, with an increase ratio of not less than 1% and not exceeding 2% of the company's total share capital
