# Century: Has repurchased 354,600 shares, using a total of 3.4253 million yuan

On April 10, Century announced that the company held a board meeting on April 7, 2025, where it approved a plan to repurchase company shares. The company agreed to use its own or raised funds to repurchase a portion of its publicly held shares through centralized bidding. The upper limit for the repurchase price is 20 yuan per share, and the total amount of funds used for the repurchase will not be less than 35 million yuan and not exceed 50 million yuan, with the specific total amount based on the actual funds used. The purpose of the repurchased shares is to implement equity incentives or employee stock ownership plans. If the company fails to use the repurchased shares for the above purposes within 36 months after the completion of the repurchase, the unused portion will be canceled. As of April 9, 2025, the company has cumulatively repurchased 354,600 shares, accounting for 0.07% of the company's total share capital, with a repurchase price range of 9.52 yuan per share to 9.82 yuan per share, and a total of 3.4253 million yuan has been used
