# In the first quarter, SGC's net profit attributable to the parent company was 233 million yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 15.47%

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Shenzhen Gas (601139.SH) disclosed its performance report for the first quarter of 2025, with operating revenue of 7.513 billion yuan, an increase of 9.48% year-on-year, mainly due to the increase in gas wholesale revenue; the net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company was 233 million yuan, a decrease of 15.47% year-on-year, mainly due to the decrease in profits from smart service and comprehensive energy businesses; the net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company after deducting non-recurring gains and losses was 229 million yuan, a decrease of 15.02% year-on-year. Basic earnings per share were 0.08 yuan.

Natural gas sales volume was 1.635 billion cubic meters, an increase of 25.10% compared to 1.307 billion cubic meters in the same period last year. Among them, pipeline natural gas sales volume was 1.253 billion cubic meters, an increase of 7.00% compared to 1.171 billion cubic meters in the same period last year; natural gas wholesale volume was 382 million cubic meters, an increase of 180.88% compared to 136 million cubic meters in the same period last year. In terms of pipeline natural gas by user type, gas sales volume in the Greater Bay Area cities was 396 million cubic meters, an increase of 10.92% compared to 357 million cubic meters in the same period last year; gas sales volume in other regional cities was 586 million cubic meters, an increase of 4.27% compared to 562 million cubic meters in the same period last year; sales volume to power plants was 272 million cubic meters, an increase of 7.94% compared to 252 million cubic meters in the same period last year.

Natural gas transmission volume was 190 million cubic meters, an increase of 11.76% compared to 170 million cubic meters in the same period last year
