# BAOSE's controlling shareholder, BaoTi Group, plans to invest between 50 million and 100 million yuan to increase its stake

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, BAOSE (300402.SZ) announced that on April 10, 2025, it received a notice from its controlling shareholder, BaoTi Group Co., Ltd. (referred to as "BaoTi Group"), regarding the plan to increase its holdings in Nanjing BAOSE Co., Ltd. BaoTi Group plans to increase its holdings in the company through centralized bidding transactions within 6 months from the date of this announcement, with a total increase amount of no less than 50 million yuan and no more than 100 million yuan, and the total increase ratio shall not exceed 2% of the company's total share capital
