# SICHUAN JIUZHOU: The chairman proposed to repurchase shares with 100 million to 200 million of its own funds

SICHUAN JIUZHOU announced that the company's chairman Yang Baoping proposed to repurchase part of the company's shares with self-owned funds not less than 100 million yuan and not more than 200 million yuan through centralized bidding transactions. The upper limit of the repurchase price shall not exceed 150% of the average trading price of the company's shares in the 30 trading days prior to the board's approval of the repurchase plan. The repurchased shares will be legally canceled to reduce the registered capital, and the repurchase period is within 12 months from the date of the shareholders' meeting approving the repurchase plan
