# HAOMEI plans to repurchase company shares for between 150 million and 250 million yuan

According to the announcement from HAOMEI (002988.SZ), the company plans to repurchase a portion of its A-shares for the purpose of legally canceling and reducing registered capital and continuously implementing the company's equity incentive plan and/or employee stock ownership plan. The repurchase amount will not be less than RMB 150 million (inclusive) and not exceed RMB 250 million (inclusive), with a repurchase price not exceeding RMB 28.00 per share
