# SHIHUA Technology: Application for the issuance of A shares to specific targets has been accepted by the Shanghai Stock Exchange

SHIHUA announced that on April 10, 2025, it received a notification from the Shanghai Stock Exchange regarding the acceptance of the application for the issuance of securities by Suzhou SHIHUA New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. for listing on the Sci-Tech Innovation Board. The Shanghai Stock Exchange has verified the prospectus and related application documents submitted by the company for the issuance of securities on the Sci-Tech Innovation Board, and found that the application documents are complete and comply with legal requirements. It has decided to accept the application and will conduct a review in accordance with the law. The issuance of A-shares to specific targets is subject to review by the Shanghai Stock Exchange and must obtain approval from the China Securities Regulatory Commission before it can be implemented
