# BJLE plans to launch the second phase of its employee stock ownership plan

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, BJLE (002392.SZ) has released the draft of the second employee stock ownership plan, with the shares sourced from the company's repurchase special account of A-share common stock. The total number of shares in the stock ownership plan does not exceed 25.21 million shares (inclusive), accounting for approximately 2.12% of the current total equity of the company. The shares will be transferred through non-trading transfer from the company's repurchase special account, with the transfer price being the closing price on the day of the eighth meeting of the sixth board of directors, which is the closing price of the company's stock at 4.58 yuan/share on April 10
