# U.S. stock market close: The three major indices fell sharply again, with Tesla down over 7%

Jin10 Data reported on April 11th that U.S. stocks closed lower on Thursday, with the three major indices facing a downturn. The Dow Jones Industrial Average initially fell by 2.5%, the S&P 500 index dropped by 3.4%, and the Nasdaq Composite Index closed down by 4.3%. Tesla (TSLA.O) fell by 7.2%, Apple (AAPL.O) dropped by 4.2%, NVIDIA (NVDA.O) decreased by 5.9%, and PDD (PDD.O) declined by 6.1%. The Nasdaq Golden Dragon China Index closed down by 1.1%, Alibaba (BABA.N) fell by 0.6%, while Li Auto (LI.O) rose by 5%
