# SHIRONGZHAOYE: The controlling shareholder's upper equity structure is expected to change

SHIRONGZHAOYE announced that the company received a notification from its controlling shareholder, Zhuhai Dahengqin Anju Investment Co., Ltd., regarding the transfer of the controlling shareholder, Zhuhai Dahengqin Group Co., Ltd. The State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the Zhuhai Municipal People's Government will transfer the Dahengqin Group as a whole to Zhuhai Zhuguang Group Holdings Co., Ltd. After the transfer is completed, the controlling shareholder of Dahengqin Group will change from the Zhuhai State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission to Zhuguang Group. The company's controlling shareholder and actual controller have not changed
