XUSHENG announced that the company plans to repurchase shares through centralized bidding, with the repurchase amount not less than 75 million yuan and not exceeding 150 million yuan, and the repurchase price not exceeding 19 yuan per share. The repurchase period is within 12 months from the date of the board of directors' approval. The source of the repurchase funds will be from its own funds
