# Fenda Tech: Plans to repurchase shares for 50 million to 100 million yuan

Fenda Tech announced that the company plans to use its own funds or self-raised funds to repurchase its issued ordinary shares of RMB through centralized bidding trading, for the implementation of the equity incentive plan or employee stock ownership plan. The total amount of funds for this repurchase will not be less than RMB 50 million and not exceed RMB 100 million; the repurchase price will not exceed RMB 12 per share, and the specific number of shares repurchased will be based on the actual number of shares repurchased at the end of the repurchase period. The repurchase period will not exceed 12 months from the date of approval by the board of directors
