# AEC GROUP: Si Tu Zhi Heng has been appointed as a member of the Audit Committee

According to the announcement from AEC GROUP (08320), Lin Jianzhi has considered that after nearly nine years of serving on the board, it is time to resign. Therefore, he has submitted his resignation as the company's independent non-executive director, as well as a member of the Audit Committee, Remuneration Committee, Nomination Committee, Environmental, Social and Governance Committee, and Risk Management Committee, effective from April 30, 2025, and has been approved by the board.

After Professor Lin's resignation as an independent non-executive director and member of various board committees, independent non-executive director Si Tu Zhi Heng has been appointed as a member of the Audit Committee, Remuneration Committee, and Nomination Committee, effective from April 30, 2025
