# Next Wednesday, the stock subscription will start, Tianyouwei's issue price is 93.5 yuan/share

According to the arrangement, from April 14 to April 15, Tianyouwei, Jiangshun Technology, and Zhongjie Automobile will initiate subscription. According to the plan, Tianyouwei will be the first to start the subscription on April 14. It is understood that the company mainly engages in the research, design, production, sales, and service of automotive instruments, and is gradually expanding into the smart cockpit field. The company's main products include electronic combination instruments, full LCD combination instruments, dual-screen instruments, and other automotive electronic products and services. The issuance price for this round is 93.5 yuan per share, with an issuance quantity of 40 million shares, and an issuance price-to-earnings ratio of 13.5 times, compared to the industry price-to-earnings ratio of 27.16 times. If this issuance is successful, the company is expected to raise a total of 3.74 billion yuan, and after deducting issuance costs, the net amount raised is expected to be approximately 3.527 billion yuan
