# INVENTRONICS plans to repurchase shares worth between 50 million to 100 million yuan

According to the announcement from Inventronics (300582.SZ), the company plans to repurchase shares amounting to between RMB 50 million and RMB 100 million, with a repurchase price not exceeding RMB 20.20 per share. The repurchased shares will be used to implement the equity incentive plan or employee stock ownership plan.

As of the announcement date, the company has obtained a "Loan Commitment Letter" issued by the Hangzhou Branch of Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Limited. The Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Limited has committed to providing special loan support for the company's repurchase of A-shares, with a loan amount not exceeding RMB 90 million and a term of 3 years. The commitment letter is valid for one year from the date of issuance
