# BAOTI's controlling shareholder received a loan commitment letter for a 270 million yuan increase in holdings

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, BAOTI (600456.SH) announced that it recently received a notice from its controlling shareholder, BAOTI Group. In order to actively respond to and fully utilize the policy tools provided by relevant regulatory authorities to support stock repurchases, BAOTI Group has reached a cooperation intention with the Baoji Branch of Bank of Communications Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Bank of Communications Baoji Branch"). The Bank of Communications Baoji Branch has issued a "Commitment Letter for Stock Repurchase and Increase Loan" to BAOTI Group, agreeing to provide a loan to BAOTI Group for the purpose of increasing its holdings of the company's stock, with a loan amount of RMB 270 million, a loan term of 3 years, and the loan use limited to increasing the company's stock holdings. Therefore, the funding source for BAOTI Group's current increase plan will be BAOTI Group's own funds and special loans from financial institutions
