According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Tianyi Medical (301097.SZ) released its 2024 annual report, showing an operating income of 419 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 9.98%. The net loss attributable to shareholders of the listed company was 744,000 yuan. The net loss attributable to shareholders of the listed company, excluding non-recurring gains and losses, was 10.4131 million yuan. The basic loss per share was 0.01 yuan. In addition, it plans to distribute a cash dividend of 5.00 yuan (including tax) for every 10 shares to all shareholders.

The consolidated net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company for the 2024 fiscal year decreased by 101.17% compared to the 2023 fiscal year, mainly affected by management expenses, research and development expenses, investment income, and other items
