According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Haoyue Care (605009.SH) released its annual report for 2024, with an operating income of 2.929 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 6.25%; the net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company was 388 million yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 11.65%; the net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company after deducting non-recurring gains and losses was 376 million yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 11.10%; basic earnings per share were 2.51 yuan/share. It is proposed to distribute a cash dividend of 8.5 yuan (including tax) for every 10 shares, and to increase the capital stock by transferring 4 shares for every 10 shares from the capital reserve
