According to the Zhitong Finance APP, MEIYAPICO INC. (300188.SZ) announced that the company plans to repurchase some of its shares to maintain the company's value and protect shareholders' rights. The total amount of funds intended for the repurchase will not be less than RMB 30 million and not exceed RMB 50 million (inclusive). The upper limit for the repurchase price per share will not exceed RMB 14.45 (inclusive). The implementation period for the repurchase of shares will be within 3 months from the date the company's board of directors approves the repurchase plan
