# ANHUI XINBO ALUMINUM's subsidiary signs investment agreement for Xinbo New Energy Vehicle parts project

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, ANHUI XINBO ALUMINUM (003038.SZ) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Anhui Xinbo New Energy Vehicle Parts Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Xinbo New Energy" or "Party B") has signed the "Investment Agreement for the Xinbo New Energy Vehicle Parts Project" with Chongqing Zhanzheng Technology Industry Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Chongqing Zhanzheng" or "Party A"). The total planned investment for this project is approximately 50 million yuan.

This external investment is based on the company's future development needs, adhering to the principle of establishing factories close to customers, better serving vehicle manufacturers in the southwest region, while also expanding new market space and application scenarios, further enhancing the company's market share and profitability, which has positive strategic significance for the company and better creates value for the company and all shareholders
