# WAN LEADER appoints Yongtuo Fuxin as the new auditor

According to the announcement from WAN LEADER (08482), JinHua Certified Public Accountants Co., Ltd. has resigned as the company's auditor effective April 14, 2025, due to its lack of human resources with appropriate professional knowledge to handle the consolidated financial statements for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2025.

Based on the recommendation of the audit committee, YongTuo FuXin Certified Public Accountants Co., Ltd. has been appointed as the new auditor of the company, effective April 14, 2025, to fill the temporary vacancy caused by JinHua's resignation, and will serve until the conclusion of the company's next annual general meeting
