# U.S. stock market seven giants closing report | Apple rose 2.2%, Alphabet rose over 1.2%, while Meta fell over 2.2%

> On Monday (April 14), the Magnificent 7 index of U.S. tech stocks rose by 0.18%, closing at 141.26 points. Apple Inc. increased by 2.21%, Alphabet rose by 1.23%, and Tesla slightly increased by 0.02%. Microsoft fell by 0.16%, NVIDIA dropped by 0.2%, Amazon decreased by 1.48%, and Meta Platforms fell by 2.22%. In addition, Eli Lilly rose by 3%, AMD increased by 1.18%, Berkshire Hathaway Class B shares rose by 1.03%, and TSMC ADR fell by 0.79%

On Monday (April 14), the Magnificent 7 index of U.S. tech stocks opened high but closed lower, ultimately rising by 0.18% to 141.26 points. Apple Inc. rose by 2.21%, Alphabet rose by 1.23%, Tesla rose by 0.02%, while Microsoft fell by 0.16%, NVIDIA dropped by 0.2%, Amazon fell by 1.48%, and Meta Platforms dropped by 2.22%.
