# ClinPlus: Chairman Lai Chunbao has increased his holdings by 54,500 shares

ClinPlus announced that the company's actual controller and chairman, Mr. Lai Chunbao, plans to increase his holdings in the company's shares within six months from the announcement date of January 14, 2025, through methods including but not limited to centralized bidding and block trading. The planned amount for the increase is not less than RMB 6 million and not more than RMB 9 million. As of April 15, 2025, Mr. Lai Chunbao has cumulatively increased his holdings by 54,500 shares through the centralized bidding method via the Shenzhen Stock Exchange trading system, accounting for 0.07% of the company's total share capital, with an increase amount of RMB 1.6768 million
