# CNNC TD: Adjusted the maximum repurchase price of shares to RMB 5.98 per share

CNNC TD announced that the company will hold a board meeting on March 12, 2025, to review and approve the share repurchase plan, intending to repurchase shares at a price not exceeding 6 yuan per share with a total fund not exceeding 500 million yuan. On April 8, 2025, the company announced the annual equity distribution plan for 2024, distributing 0.16 yuan in cash for every 10 shares. Due to the implementation of the equity distribution, the company adjusted the upper limit of the share repurchase price to 5.98 yuan per share. Based on the total fund limit of 500 million yuan, the estimated number of shares to be repurchased will not exceed 83.612 million shares, accounting for 2.16% of the company's existing total share capital
