# BESTSUN ENERGY: Controlling shareholder pledges 163 million shares

BESTSUN ENERGY announced that its controlling shareholder, BESTSUN Asset Management, holds 474 million shares of the company, accounting for 35.37% of the total share capital. After this pledge is completed, the total number of pledged shares by BESTSUN Asset Management and its concerted parties will be 477 million shares, accounting for 68.71% of the shares held by them. On April 14, 2025, BESTSUN Asset Management pledged 163 million shares, accounting for 34.37% of its held shares and 12.16% of the company's total share capital. The pledge start date is April 14, 2025, and the pledgee is the Beijing Shuangjing Branch of Industrial Bank Co., Ltd. The funds raised from the pledge will be used to supplement working capital
