# Guizhou Gas: Guiyang Industrial Investment 解除 21.34 million pledged shares

Guizhou Gas announced that its shareholder, Guiyang Industrial Investment Co., Ltd., holding more than 5% of the shares, owns 233 million shares, accounting for 20.24% of the company's total share capital. Guiyang Industrial Investment will release the pledge of 21.34 million shares on April 14, 2025, which accounts for 9.17% of its held shares and 1.86% of the company's total share capital. After this release of pledge, Guiyang Industrial Investment has a total of 75.5 million pledged shares, accounting for 32.43% of its held shares and 6.57% of the company's total share capital. Guiyang Industrial Investment confirms that there are subsequent pledge plans for the released shares and will fulfill its information disclosure obligations in a timely manner based on the subsequent pledge situation
