# Hong Kong Stock Exchange: CREC removed from the Shenzhen Stock Connect list

According to Zhitong Finance APP, on April 15th, the Hong Kong Stock Exchange announced that starting from April 16, 2025, China Communications Construction Company (000736.SZ), listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, will be removed from the list of eligible securities for margin trading and short selling and will be added to the special securities list, meaning it can only be sold through the Shenzhen-Hong Kong Stock Connect.
