'Chemical Products' 4000/5000/6000/7000 Ton Level Vessel Waterway Transportation Contract" (hereinafter referred to as the "Waterway Transportation Contract") with Shandong Yulong Petrochemical Co., Ltd. The contract's total price for freight, including tax, is tentatively set at RMB 731 million, which accounts for approximately 53.18% of the company's audited operating income for the year 2023 after tax
