According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, TIANMA (000050.SZ) plans to repurchase some of its shares through centralized bidding. The repurchased shares will be used to reduce the company's registered capital, optimize the company's capital structure, and enhance shareholder value. The total amount of funds intended for the repurchase is not less than RMB 150 million and not more than RMB 200 million. The repurchase price per share will not exceed RMB 12.43
