# ZIJING INTL FIN's subsidiary plans to sell 1 vehicle for HKD 2.1 million

> ZIJING INTL FIN announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary ZIJING CONSULTING CO., LTD. will sell a white Bentley Continental GT W12 car for HKD 2.1 million on April 15, 2025. The board believes that this sale is a good opportunity to realize the value of the car, which will improve the company's financial condition and increase working capital

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, ZIJING INTL FIN (08340) announced that on April 15, 2025, the seller (i.e., the company's wholly-owned subsidiary ZIJING Consulting Co., Ltd.) entered into a sales agreement with the buyer (Mr. Lin Yu) for the sale of the automobile at a price of HKD 2.1 million. As of the date of this announcement, the automobile is legally and beneficially owned by the seller.

The automobile refers to a white Bentley Continental GT W12, along with all its belongings (including but not limited to keys and service manuals), license plates, and all related licenses.

Taking into account the group's current financial condition and future liquidity needs, the board believes that the sale represents a good opportunity for the company to realize the value of the automobile at a reasonable price, and the proceeds from the sale will improve the group's financial condition and increase its general working capital
