According to the Zhitong Finance APP, CAYI (301004.SZ) announced that the company plans to repurchase some of its shares through centralized bidding trading, intended for equity incentives. The total amount of funds for the repurchase will not be less than 80 million yuan (inclusive) and not exceed 160 million yuan (inclusive). The repurchase price per share will not exceed 139.86 yuan. The implementation period for the repurchase will be within 12 months from the date the shareholders' meeting approves the repurchase plan
