According to the announcement from Northeast Pharmaceutical (000597.SZ), on April 15, 2025, the company received the "Detailed Report on Equity Changes of Northeast Pharmaceutical Group Co., Ltd." and the "Notice on the Progress of Increasing Holdings in the Listed Company" issued by its controlling shareholder's concerted actor, Fangda Steel. From April 9, 2025, to April 15, 2025, Fangda Steel increased its holdings in the company by a total of 1.5175 million shares through centralized bidding on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, accounting for 0.106% of the company's total share capital. After this increase, the controlling shareholder and its concerted actors hold a total of 786 million shares in the company, accounting for 55.00% of the company's total share capital. The current increase plan has not yet been fully implemented, and Fangda Steel will continue to carry out the increase plan
