# STHC: Polarizers are expected to enter a new round of demand growth

STHC stated at the performance briefing that with the global economy recovering, the consumer electronics market gradually rebounding, and the increasing maturity of various display technologies and products in multiple scenarios, the global display industry has entered a recovery and upward channel. As one of the key upstream raw materials for display panels, polarizers are expected to fully benefit from the industry's recovery and technological advancements, entering a new period of demand growth. With overseas polarizer manufacturers accelerating their exit, domestic polarizer manufacturers have already gained an advantageous position in the LCD polarizer field and are gradually catching up in differentiated markets such as high-end LCD polarizers and OLED polarizers. There is still significant room for domestic substitution in the future
