# SHEN YU won the land use rights for the construction project of data lines in the intelligent field

According to the announcement from SHEN YU (300563.SZ), in line with the company's development strategy, to meet operational needs, the company recently participated in the public bidding for state-owned construction land use rights held by the Jiangyin Natural Resources and Planning Bureau. The company successfully acquired the land use rights for the state-owned construction land with plot number Chengdi 2025-G-C-003 at a transaction price of RMB 22.41 million and signed the "State-owned Construction Land Use Rights Transfer Contract" with the Jiangyin Natural Resources and Planning Bureau on April 15, 2025.

The acquisition of the land use rights for the aforementioned plot meets the company's demand for capacity expansion and will be used for the construction project of data cables in the intelligent field. Once completed, the project will help break through the existing production capacity bottleneck and meet the growing order demands from downstream customers, ensuring the company's healthy and sustainable development
