Victall announced that the company plans to use no more than 350 million yuan of the funds raised from its initial public offering to temporarily supplement its working capital, with a usage period not exceeding 12 months from the date of approval by the company's 24th meeting of the third board of directors. This use of part of the idle raised funds to temporarily supplement working capital complies with the requirements of relevant laws, regulations, and normative documents, and is limited to production and operation related to the main business, without changing the purpose of the raised funds. As of June 30, 2024, the company's balance of raised funds is 618 million yuan
