According to the news from Zhitong Finance APP, Hongmian Co., Ltd. (000523.SZ) announced that as of April 16, 2025, the company repurchased 18.1359 million shares through a dedicated securities account for share repurchase via centralized bidding, accounting for 0.99% of the company's current total share capital. The highest transaction price for the purchased shares was 3.59 yuan/share, and the lowest transaction price was 2.90 yuan/share, with a total transaction amount of 55.2377 million yuan (excluding transaction fees). Thus, the company's share repurchase period has expired, and the repurchase plan has been completed
