# Runben Biotechnology: JNRY VIII's shareholding ratio has decreased to 5%

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Runben Biotechnology (603193.SH) announced that on April 15, 2025, the company received a "Notice Letter" and "Brief Report on Equity Changes" from shareholder JNRY VIII, which executed its previously disclosed share reduction plan. From April 10, 2025, to April 15, 2025, a total of 2.0229 million shares of the company were reduced, accounting for 0.5% of the company's total share capital. After this reduction, the number of shares held by JNRY VIII decreased from 22.2526 million shares to 20.2297 million shares, and the shareholding ratio decreased from 5.50% to 5.00%. JNRY VIII is no longer a shareholder holding more than 5% of the company
