# Peacebird: Chen Hongchao's shareholding ratio has dropped to below 5%

Peacebird announced that shareholder Chen Hongchao has increased and decreased his shareholding in the company, as well as the granting, cancellation of equity incentives, and passive dilution and increase of shareholding ratio due to convertible bonds conversion, from August 27, 2018, to April 15, 2025, resulting in his shareholding ratio decreasing from 10.33642% to 4.99999%, and he is no longer a shareholder holding more than 5% of the company
