XIUQIANG GLASS: Signed a contract energy management agreement for the distributed photovoltaic power station project

XIUQIANG GLASS announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Zhuhai Port Xiuxiu New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. has signed an "Energy Management Agreement for Distributed Photovoltaic Power Station Project" with its related party Zhuhai Coca-Cola Beverage Co., Ltd. Zhuhai Coca-Cola will lease its factory building rooftop to Xiuxiu New Energy for the construction of a distributed photovoltaic power station with an installed capacity of 1.41MW, covering an area of 10,473 square meters, with an annual rent of 20,946 yuan and a lease term of 25 years, expecting to pay a total rent of 523,700 yuan over 25 years. The electricity generated after the project is completed will be sold at a preferential rate to Zhuhai Coca-Cola, with an expected average annual generation of 1.494 million kWh, an operating period of 25 years, and an estimated total electricity cost of about 13.9614 million yuan.
