# TAGEN GROUP's 8 billion yuan ultra-short-term financing bonds have been approved for registration

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, TAGEN GROUP (000090.SZ) announced that on April 15, the company received the "Registration Acceptance Notice" (Zhong Shi Xie Zhu \[2025\] SCP90) from the National Association of Financial Market Institutional Investors (hereinafter referred to as the "Association"). The Association accepted the company's registration of ultra-short-term financing bonds. The main content is as follows:

1.  The registered amount of the company's ultra-short-term financing bonds is 8 billion yuan, and the registration quota is valid for 2 years from the date of this notice, with Shanghai Bank Co., Ltd. and Industrial Bank Co., Ltd. as the joint lead underwriters.
2.  The company may issue ultra-short-term financing bonds in installments within the validity period of the registration and shall manage the issuance in accordance with the resolutions of the competent authority and relevant management requirements. After the issuance is completed, the results should be disclosed through channels recognized by the Association
