BIOLIGHT announced that the actual controller, Ms. Wang Shi, will 解除质押 3.5 million shares on April 16, 2025, accounting for 53.87% of her holdings and 1.32% of the company's total share capital. After this 解除质押， Ms. Wang Shi will have a total of 2.98 million shares pledged, accounting for 45.87% of her holdings and 1.13% of the company's total share capital
