According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Bondex (603836.SH) has disclosed a share repurchase plan. The amount for this share repurchase will not be less than RMB 40 million (inclusive) and will not exceed RMB 80 million (inclusive). The repurchase price will not exceed RMB 17.00 per share (inclusive), and the repurchased shares will be used for equity incentives or employee stock ownership plans
